STATS AND PUPPY PRICE RANGES Our Teacups (and
Micro-Teacups) are approximately 4 pounds and under, 8.5 inches tall and under, full grown. My smallest full grown is 2.2 lbs and 6.5 inches at 1 year of age.
$1500-2500.
Our Tiny
Toys are generally in the 4 to 6 pounds, over 8.5" to 9.5" tall. Starting at $1100 minimum. Our Toys
are seldom produced due to tiny bloodlines in the parents and their pedigrees close up, but when available are over 9.5"
to 10", over 7 pounds. $800-1000. DEPOSITS are not refundable for any reason; but can be transferred to another
litter if you have unforeseen circumstances, need to discuss with us as we try to work with buyers! Basicly, prices are based on the smaller the pup, the higher the price, if high multi-same color crosses
close-up, pedigree, conformation, quality, size, rare color, and sex. Also, AKC registration is available on all pups,
with FULL registration for any breeding and lower price for Limited AKC Registration
as a pet. We believe that size determination emphasis is in inches and very much more a major significance than
weight. AKC goes by inches for Poodles, not weight, as it is a controlled factor and can be
manipulated. Pups are priced and evaluated individually. Prices subject to change as pup ages nearing better predictability
at 5 to 6 weeks of age! As such, we reserve the right to either increase or decrease the posted prices.

Weight: is a controlled factor in science
and is only an indication if overfed or
underfed, appetite, diet, life style, skeletal structure, sick/having Coccidia, worms, etc. & is NEVER a requisite of Poodle sub-classification, per
AKC & U.K. They both use inches to the top of the shoulder! GUARANTY: Your Toy Poodle
(including Tiny Toy Poodle or Teacup Poodle) from NV Tiny Poodles is guaranteed by seller as being
in good health at the time of adoption. We will not ship a puppy until seller is certain that the puppy is ready for
the trip to your home, has passed a veterinary health inspection, and is free from any illness (puppy being 8 weeks of age
or more). The AKC papers, pedigree, and vaccination records will be sent usually with your puppy and
a sample of puppy food provided on the shipping crate. There is no guarantee on adult Poodles. Because we cannot control the exposure of the puppy after leaving us, your
new pupy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving your puppy. When taking your puppy
to the vet, don't allow its feet to touch anything unless it has been sterilized with bleach. If you choose NOT to do
this, this contract is VOID. Buyer will not expose the puppy to any unvaccinated animals or go to any public place,
especially a park, before 10 days after the last vaccination was given. We do not guarantee against Giardia
or Coccidia, which conditions are often stress-induced and easily treated promptly. Seller warrants the health of the
puppy for the first six (6) months of life against genetic hereditary life-threatening diseases involving the heart,
liver, and kidneys. If ever a replacement puppy is deemed necessary due to one of the above listed life-threatening
diseases, the replacement will be made for the same or less value of puppy, unless Buyer prefers to pay the difference for
a more valuable puppy. Buyer must
return the puppy to the seller along with all registration papers, immunization papers,
along with a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating the type of condition/illness that the puppy is exhibiting in order
to determine if a replacement is to be made to Buyer. Should a death occur, due to an unknown cause, a necropsy must
be performed by a licensed veterinarian and a copy of the report forwarded to Seller for review
by Seller's veterinarian before determining if a replacement is to be made. If our vet concurs, we will replace your
puppy as soon as one is available. There will be absolutely no cash refunds for any reason;
all expenses are at Buyers expense including the licensed veterinarian diagnosis and necropsy, if applicable, and the return
shipping and shipping of a replacement puppy. Pups receive first shots and worming prior to release to buyers. Not responsible for health or injuries after leaving our premises as pup is no longer under our control.
We, the Breeder, estimate size, personality, color, etc. as accurately as possible,
but these things are not guaranteed. Too many factors are involved that the breeder has no control over, such
as diet, environment, and genetics. Your Poodle
can be stressed by shipping, adjusting to new home, changing diets, etc. and this can bring on problems including
hypoglycemia, worms, coccidiosis, diarrhea, etc. and should be treated promptly at onset. Breeder has no control
over puppy's environment at this time and these things are the buyer's responsibility. We do not guaranty
that females will be able to breed or males having both testicles & able to breed. We represent our Poodles as beautiful,
loving Pets, not as show quality. Our guaranty is for the original first purchaser only! If puppy
or adult Poodle ownership is transferred, this guaranty is void. Puppies
and small dogs are susceptible to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which can be brought on by a number of reasons such as not
eating properly or frequently enough, playing too much, the stress of being moved to a new home or just being handled too
much. Please watch your puppy closely and make sure it is eating regularly. Puppies can also go through high stress
during moves to their new homes, changes to diet as well as too much handling by the new owners and can bring on parasites
that can be dormant such as worms and ear mites. Every preventative effort has been made by Seller (wormings, shots
and ear cleanings) to guard against these types of problems, but Buyer should be aware of them possibly occurring. Watch
your puppy closely for runny and/or bleedy stools, promptly take to Vet for treatment, any negligence by buyer voids guarantee.
These conditions are all treatable and do NOT warrant a return or exchange of said puppy. Small puppies and dogs are very fragile and every precaution should be made
in handling them and their care. Their bones are tiny and they are easily injured. This guarantee is NOT applicable
for accidental injury and negligence to the puppy. Seller does not guarantee against shipping mishap once the puppy
is in the care of the airline. Shipping insurance is the buyer's responsibility with the airline and any claims for
damages while shipping shall be made by the Buyer directly to the airline. If
you purchase a Tiny Toy Poodle, Toy, or Teacup Poodle puppy or adult from NV Tiny Poodles, you are agreeing
to this guaranty. We reserve
the right to place our babies in the home of our choice, as best suited for them.
TEACUP SIZE DEFINED: Since "Teacup Poodle" is just a name given by dog breeders to describe an
extra small poodle, there is no universal standard and none published per se! Each dog breeder has
their own definition of what size a Teacup should be! Most breeders agree that a Teacup Poodle should be around four pounds
and under, but since Poodles are measured by height and not weight, this could also be a factor. Most breeders agree that a Teacup Poodle
should be 8.5 inches and under, such as the prominent Velvet Touch (Teacup Poodles) Kennel. This is because,
even though it is desireable for a Poodle to be built square, some poodles are built tall and thin and might only weigh
4 pounds, but can be 10 or 11 inches
tall (see my experience described above). Some are built
short and fat and might only be 8 inches tall, but could weigh as much as 7 or 8 pounds.
In general, we believe a true Teacup to be around 2 to 4 pounds full grown (least emphasis on weight as weight is
a controlled factor in science by being overfed or underfed, etc.) and 8.5 inches and under in height.
